A favorite activity among Uyghur people is going to have pictures taken. This can be an elaborate
affair involving traditional clothing, make-up, hair (often fake), and several hours in a studio. Since we were on school brake some other foreign friends and I decided to take a day to get this done. Here are the results.
Wow those are some really beautiful glam shots. I believe you when you say it took several hours. So I am guessing a Uyghur woman would only get this done for a very special occasion? That would be a lot of dressing up just for a night out on the town. I any case you look amazing, the ladies who did the work are very good at what they do.

Beautiful! I'm guessing they didn't have any blonde or red fake hair...I guess that's not surprising!

Hi Dear,
I love your photos. I haven't done this yet. I put this in my bucket list for my next trip.
It seems to me that she is not a Uyghur.
